Absolutely. During the donation process, you can choose to remain anonymous. Your name will not appear on our website or campaign pages.

However, for tax receipts and legal compliance, we still need your contact details, which will be kept confidential.

Starting a fundraiser is simple:

• Click on "Start a Campaign" on our homepage.
• Fill in your campaign details — tell your story, set a goal, and upload photos/videos.
• Submit for review. Our team will verify and approve your campaign within 24-48 hours.

Once approved, you can start sharing your campaign with your network!

We believe in transparency. Our platform charges a 5% platform fee on the total amount raised. This fee covers:

• Payment gateway charges (2-3%)
• Campaign verification and monitoring
• Customer support and platform maintenance
• Marketing and promotion of campaigns

The remaining 95% goes directly to the beneficiary or cause.

To apply for medical assistance:

• Fill out the application form with patient details and medical documents.
• Our medical team will review your case and get back to you within 48 hours.

We assist with surgeries, treatments, medicines, and medical equipment.

• Medical reports and diagnosis from a registered doctor

• Identity proof of the patient
• Income certificate (for financial assessment)
